NMM Professional Services offers to partner with Architects, Consultants and Project Managers by undertaking the procurement aspects of design, consultancy or project management assignments. If your assignment includes the procurement of goods and services, we offer to undertake procurement activities including

procurement risk assessment
procurement options identification and assessment
procurement strategy development
carry out tendering processes in accordance with a tendering plan
specification development
bills of quantities and pricing mechanisms
evaluation criteria development
tender documents including conditions of contract
assist in the tender evaluation process and prepare recommendations

On completion of design work by Architects and subsequent to approval of the design by authorities, NMM offers to undertake all activities leading to the issue of the Construction Certificate including identifying a contractor via a competitive tender process. This process includes compiling all documentation such as specifications, bid documents, schedules and evalution of bids. Following evaluation of bids and negotiations with the preferred tenderer, NMM offers to draft the final consolidated contract with the contractor. NMM can further assist in managing contracts including site inspections, progress monitoring, variation management, measurement of work and certification of payments
